Spring 2010 - Designed and painted a mural with internationally acclaimed artist Lady Pink (aka Sandra Fabara) in conjunction with the University of Iowa Museum of Art's Hip-Hop exhibition "Two Turntables And A Microphone". The mural is now exhibited in the Iowa Memorial Union's 'Black Box Gallery'. A photo journal of the project was featured on the UI website home page as well as video and photos in The Daily Iowan News.


Spring 2010 - Sold painting ("Arrival" - oil pastel 55"x44") to the University of Iowa Main Library for their permanent collection.



Summer 2009 - Painted whole semi-truck trailer with NTC Graffiti Crew for the thriller movie "Underground". Supervisor was Frank Bollinger. (fjbollinger@gmail.com). Our work is featured in the 'rave scene'.


Summer 2009 - Painted whole neighborhood wall with Legendary TPA Crew in Chicago, IL on Kedzie St. off Irving Park.


Fall 2008 – BFA Painting Exhibition with ceramicist Nick Eldredge, in the 'Drewelowe MFA Gallery' at University of Iowa.

Fall 2007 – Winner of the ‘The Center’s ‘Quad City Aerosol Art Competition’.  With a spot featured on KWQC TV-6 News. $500  first prize.

Spring 2007 – Paintings exhibited with internationally acclaimed artist and calligrapher Glen Epstein (R.I.P.) at the 'Framery Gallery’ in Iowa City IA.

Winter 2006 - Party Room Mural painted for Rene's Ceramic Cafe in Iowa City, IA. Rene was the supervisor for this project (319) 351-9644.

Winter 2006 – Mural collaboration painted for ‘The Center’s’ ‘Skate Church’ at 1411 Brady Street in Davenport, IA with artists ‘Beelo’ (of Chicago, IL) and Charlie Pollmiller (of Davenport, IA). Our supervisor was Pennie Kellenberger (563-323-5295) at St. Johns United Methodist Church.

Summer 2006 – Painted 20 x 60’ mural for St. Ambrose University in Davenport for the summer ‘Bix Festival’ and road race.

Summer 2006 – Invited by the ‘Quad City Metro Arts’ to paint another banner for the “District” of Rock Island, IL.

Summer 2006 - Sandwich artist for Subway (downtown Iowa City, IA) 

2005 – Painted 30 x 60’ mural for Palmer College in Davenport for the summer ‘Bix Festival’ and road race, IA.

2005 – ‘Quad City Metro Arts’ Summer Mural Apprenticeship. A paid summer apprenticeship in mural art creation in Rock Island, IL. My supervisor was artist Mardi Howell.

Summer 2004 – Invited by the ‘Quad City Metro Arts’ program to paint a banner for the District of Rock Island, IL.

High School 

2004 – ‘Brand Boeshaar Scholarship’ recipient. One of four awarded in the Quad Cities, Iowa/Illinois for a $3000/year scholarship for 4 years of college through the ‘Figge’ Art Museum, .

Summers 2000-2004 – ‘Kaleidoscope’ Summer Art Workshop - A creative children’s art program through Augustana College in Rock Island, IL that targets children from Ages 4-12. I assisted art students and teachers. My supervisor was artist Corrine Smith.

2004 – Painted 15 x 10’ Mural for Davenport Central High School, IA. My supervisor was art teacher Bill Hammond.

2004 – Yearbook cover design (front and back) with layout designs throughout.
